# Terms and Refunds

ℹ️ Terms of Sale

By purchasing a script from our Tebex store (**ambr4 Scripts Store**), you automatically agree to the following:

* All purchases are processed by Tebex Limited. You are purchasing from Tebex, not directly from ambr4 Scripts.
* Tebex Limited holds the exclusive license to sell ambr4 Scripts products.
* All digital scripts and assets provided by Tebex are licensed not sold. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the product.
* This license is valid **only for the** Cfx.re account used during the original purchase.

🚫 You May NOT

* Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the script.
* Share, leak, or upload the script publicly.
* Resell, repackage, or redistribute the script in any form.

Violating these terms may result in:

* License revocation
* **Report or ban** of your Cfx.re account

ℹ️ Tebex Terms

Our checkout process is owned and operated by Tebex Limited, who handle:

* Billing support
* Product fulfillment
* Refund processing

💸 Refunds

Tebex Limited is the official **Merchant of Record**, responsible for billing and refunds.\
However, ambr4 Scripts offers a 7-day money-back guarantee, as a gesture of goodwill, in these cases:

* You changed your mind after purchase
* The product does not work as expected
* The issue cannot be resolved after receiving support

We may grant refunds after 7 days, at our sole discretion, if:

* The script cannot be made to work after all efforts
* You fully cooperated with our support team

Refunds will not be granted if:

* The script was already used or transferred
* Purchase cannot be verified
* The issue is caused by personal error (e.g., wrong account, duplicate payment)
* The user refuses support or does not cooperate

🔔 Subscription Notice

* Subscription packages (e.g., ambr4+) are non-refundable.
* You can cancel any time – no further charges will apply.
* Canceling a subscription immediately revokes access to related scripts/resources.
